Return and Replacement Policy
To return a product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, and the reason for the return. We will refund or replace all qualifying items within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s). Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will arrange for pickup of the product in question and ship the replacement product, on us!

- Unused skin care, makeup or hair care products within 30 days of purchase.
- Damaged items due to shipping

- Used skin care, makeup or hair care products
- Sale or Clearance items
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. See below for our shipping rates.

While we always attempt to send orders as quickly as possible, if not possible, you will be notified if there is a delay on any or all of the products in your order. Please note shipping time estimates for are from the date of shipment (the Tuesday or Thursday following your order), and not the date of purchase.
Should you fail to receive your order with 3-5 working days of purchase, and do not have an email with an explanation for the delay, please contact us on +27-61-589-7817 or email@example.com, as it is very rare that orders are delayed this long without someone contacting you. Your order may have been unintentionally misplaced or sent to an incorrect address.
