Return and Replacement Policy
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please call us on +27 (0) 35 590 1516 within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Products purchased via one of our Members, can be returned back to the Member for a refund or exchange.
How do I return a product to you?
Please contact our friendly Customer Centre team on +27 (0) 35 590 1516 or email Info@Brinea.co.za. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.

- The items you plan to return
- The reason for returning
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will arrange for pickup of the product in question and ship the replacement product. There will be no additional charge to you.
Items that qualify for our 30-day return/replacement policy
- Unused skin care, makeup or hair care products within 30 days of purchase.
- Damaged items due to shipping
Items which do not qualify for our 30-day return/replacement policy
- Used skin care, makeup or hair care products
- Sale or Clearance items
